A global assurance consultancy that operates in over fifty countries around the world. Currently undergoing a company wide transformation they have created a new opportunity for someone to join the company in a seinor leadership position. 
 
The Role 
 
Reporting directly into the Global Controller this role will be responsible for leading the finances for the European entities from a statutory and compliance persepctive. You will be responsible for leading on the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process as well as working with the companies outsourced provider on local accounting standards and regulations. Given the recent structural changes in the organisation there will also be heavy emphasis around process improvements. 
 
The Successful Candidate 
 
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified 
- Experience of working in an international company and dealing with local accounting standards 
- A proven track record in staff management and process and controls improvement 
- Experience of delivering on a year end audit
