The Client
Our client is a multi-site SME offering workspace solutions. They are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to provide commercial financial support, manage financial planning processes, and engage with key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial forecasting and insightful analysis.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Lead budget process and monthly rolling forecast; produce insightful variance analysis.
- Ensure rolling income forecast accuracy with key stakeholders.
- Develop monthly board reports, including KPIs, for financial and non-financial performance.
- Oversee weekly sales reports, highlighting trends.
- Oversee preparation of management accounts pack.
- Prepare monthly Cashflow statements and update the three-year business plan financial model.
- Support CFO with business cases, financial models, and analysis.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide impactful insights.
- Review quarterly management accounts before distribution to landlord partners.
- Coordinate and prepare quarterly landlord presentations, clearly articulating centre performance.
- Manage Assistant Finance Analyst and update financial models for new real estate opportunities.
- Ensure financial models are clear and reflect potential investment returns.
Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proven experience in financial planning & analysis.
- Experience or interest in the property industry and/or flexible space sector.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including financial modelling experience.
- Proven relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities, comfortable with data manipulation.
- Ability to clearly articulate key messages and insights.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and operate sensitively in multicultural environments.
- Ability to write concise and accurate reports.
