Our Client
Mackie Myers have partnered with a leading UK charity dedicated to increasing the flow of funds into the charitable sector worldwide.

The Role
The Grants Officer will work across the diverse array of accounts and funds that the charity support. In addition to supporting the team processing the grants, you will consider and implement more efficient ways of working.  

Main Duties
  • Assess and manage grants across diverse portfolios, including complex international programmes.
  • Apply strong analytical skills and sound judgement to make well-reasoned funding decisions.
  • Build relationships with grantees and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with UK charity law and Charity Commission guidelines.
  • Contribute to improving grant-making systems and processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The Successful Candidate
  • UK grant-making experience in the charity sector.
  • Good knowledge of UK charity law and governance.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What’s on offer?
  • £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
