A dynamic and growing SME based in London with ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years, are looking for an interim financial controller to join their team.
The Role As the Interim Financial Controller, you will:
- Oversee all financial operations and reporting.
- Cash flow forecasting & management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Oversee company payroll.
- Lead and mentor the finance team of 3.
The Successful Candidate - Proven experience in a similar role within an SME.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Qualified by Experience will be considered.
