The Role
This Management Accountant role is a key hire within the finance team, playing a pivotal role in day-to-day financial operations and end-to-end management reporting. The successful candidate will also support the Financial Controller and contribute to system and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of management accounts
- Cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Year-end audit and statutory accounts reporting
- Overseeing two junior team members
- Implementing and improving finance processes
- Supporting the Financial Controller/CFO with ad hoc projects
The Successful Candidate
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Proven experience in management accounting within a fast-paced environment
- Strong technical finance knowledge and commercial awareness
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
