Our client is launching a new, consumer-facing digital platform built around high-value prizes, recurring customer participation and large-scale marketing campaigns. This is a fast-moving, data-led environment where paid media and creative testing drive growth — and we need someone exceptional to lead it.

If you've scaled subscription models, competition-led brands, gaming, prize-based consumer products, or high-volume D2C... this is the role that lets you build the growth engine from day one.

Role:
Growth & Performance Marketing Lead

You'll own both strategy and hands-on execution across all paid media channels.
What You'll Do Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across relevant media
  • Build paid media forecasts and manage daily performance.
  • Scale budgets
  • Run continuous creative testing (UGC, video, hooks, angles, formats).
  • Maintain and optimise CPA/CAC targets within aggressive paid-growth cycles.
Growth & Funnel Ownership
  • Own the acquisition funnel: click → conversion → repeat participation.
  • Drive landing page & conversion rate optimisation.
  • Test new channels, partnerships, and opportunities.
  • Use data to improve spend efficiency and unlock new growth waves.
Creative Collaboration
  • Partner with creative teams to generate high-impact social/video assets.
  • Brief, test and iterate with speed — often deploying 50-200 assets per month.
  • Identify creative winners and scale them fast.
What We're Looking For
  • Performance marketing experience with a heavy focus on paid social.
  • Experience scaling consumer-facing, high-velocity marketing models
    (e.g., subscription, competitions, e-commerce, mobile apps, gaming, lottery).
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPA, LTV and attribution.
  • Hands-on expert in Meta Ads Manager + TikTok Ads.
  • Strong creative instincts and rapid testing mindset.
  • Comfortable being the first marketing hire—strategic, scrappy, results-driven.
  • Able to thrive in a zero-to-one launch environment.
