The Project
Mackie Myers partnered with The Health Foundation, an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK. The finance team had been restructured and expanded to reflect the changing needs of the organisation – a new team for a new strategy. This new restructure created 10 new positions in the finance department, which we were tasked with recruiting. The positions encompassed a range of levels, from junior positions up to roles at the senior and executive level. Therefore, it was important that we tailored our search to suit the requirements of each individual position.
The Process
Our experienced Not-For-Profit team initiated conversations with the CEO to better grasp what the charity needed as a whole, and for each role. In this meeting, they talked about the main goals of the campaign, which roles were a priority to fill, and they set up timelines and discussed how interviews would work. We worked on an exclusive basis, so we could offer a simple digital process, including candidates sending in videos to apply.
The Result
Mackie Myers were able to fill every one of the roles successfully, with all candidates giving positive feedback on their new roles. The consultants involved in the campaign demonstrated their strong grasp of the Not-For-Profit sector by presenting a range of suitable candidates for consideration from a variety of sectors. We now have a long standing relationship with The Health Foundation, and they have since come to us with more roles to recruit given our proven track record.
