The Project

We partnered with a charity who promote global change through advising on strategy and policy. I was tasked with recruiting two interim Finance Assistants who were able to cope with a high volume of transactions and able to deal with a fast-paced environment . Being new to recruitment, I was very excited to take on my first multi- role within the Not-For-Profit sector!

The Process

To start with I carried out an in-depth vacancy consultation with the Financial Controller to discuss her requirements for both roles. We set up a timeline, considering the roles had to be flipped within a short amount of time. Given that I was working on an exclusive basis, I was able to dedicate enough time to the process despite tight time frames.

The Result

I was able to fill both roles, with interviews and offers sent out within one week. I received positive feedback from both candidates, who are really enjoying their new roles, with their contracts even being extended. We look forward to working with this charity in the future to help with their recruitment needs going forward.
