The Role As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO, board, and investors. You will lead all financial operations while playing a central role in strategic decision-making, capital raising, and long-term value creation.
Key responsibilities include:

- Developing scalable financial systems, controls, and processes
- Supporting commercial strategy, including partnerships and international expansion
- Providing insight and challenge at board level to guide business decisions

The Candidate We are seeking an experienced finance leader with a strong track record in high-growth, innovation-led businesses.
You will likely bring:
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a venture-backed or scaling company
- Demonstrated success in leading fundraising rounds and investor engagement
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- Experience operating in complex, R&D-led or capital-intensive environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organisation
- Excellent communication skills and credibility with senior stakeholders
Desirable experience: - Exposure to advanced technologies, hardware, or deep tech environments
- Experience scaling international operations
- Prior involvement in exit events (M&A or IPO)
