The Role We’re looking for a Finance Manager to lead a team, ensuring accurate reporting and enabling agile decision-making across the business.
Main Duties - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management accounts.
- Develop KPIs and reporting metrics to support strategic decisions.
- Maintain strong financial governance and risk management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
The Successful Candidate - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA qualification.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Expertise in planning, systems, and stakeholder engagement.
