Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to drive business growth and long-term profitability.
Oversee cash flow, funding, and investment activities, working with external partners including banks and investors.
Provide strategic input into new development projects and business planning.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.

About you:

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
Extensive experience operating at a senior level.
Proven ability to provide commercial and strategic insight to guide development decisions, manage funding structures, and maximise project returns.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information and investment analysis.
Highly organised and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
