An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing and dynamic family office based near Bicester, Oxfordshire. Operating across a diversified portfolio that includes arable farming, real estate, and FMCG, this role offers the chance to work at the heart of a fast-evolving, high-value estate with both domestic and international interests.

The Role:
We are seeking a commercially astute, hands-on Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of the estate’s operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and key stakeholders to provide clear financial oversight, ensure compliance, and drive performance across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversight of day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, and cash flow management

Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts

Financial planning, forecasting, and investment analysis

Coordination with external advisors, auditors, and banks

Supporting estate diversification and growth projects

Occasional travel to the Middle East and Europe for financial oversight and business support

The Candidate:
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience

Previous experience in a family office, private estate, or similar entrepreneurial environment

A sound understanding of agriculture, property, or FMCG sectors is highly desirable

Discreet, trustworthy, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently

Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Location:
Based primarily at the estate’s office in Bicester, Oxfordshire, with occasional travel required to support overseas operations.
