Our Client Mackie Myers are supporting an SME arts organisation, in central London to find a new Finance Analyst.
The Role The Finance Analyst will support the Director of Finance by producing quality reports to be used by senior leadership. This role will work alongside the Finance Manager and Accounts Assistant. As a small team, this role will have will had a good degree of breadth and is therefore fantastic for someone that is looking for career development.
Main Duties - Produce the management accounts with commentary
- Produce the budgets and forecasts and completed variance analysis for your stakeholders
- Drive continuous process and systems improvements
- Effectively communicate with your key stakeholders on their departments financial position
The Successful Candidate - Qualified
- Experience producing the management accounts in a charity/ non-profit environment
- Great communication skills
- Inquisitive and happy to challenge the status quo
- Solutions focused individual, happy to streamline existing processes
