Our Client

The Role - Support annual budgeting and regular reforecasting processes
- Partner with budget holders to develop project and grant budgets
- Produce timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
- Prepare capital project spending reports and analyse variances
- Deliver financial reports for senior leadership and trustees
- Maintain and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance
- Undertake key balance sheet reconciliations and payroll allocation adjustments
- Support Charity Commission and Companies House reporting requirements
- Assist with internal and external audit processes
- Produce cash flow reports and support treasury management
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and business partnering across the organisation
The Successful Candidate - Degree in finance/accounting or studying ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- 2–3 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in nonprofit or public sector
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI essential)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Desirable: Knowledge of charity SORP, experience with Business Central, and familiarity with healthcare sector
What’s on Offer? - Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
- 27 days annual leave (plus Christmas closure and additional days with service)
