With continued growth and a commitment to enhancing their financial operations, they are now seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their collaborative and forward-thinking finance team in central London.
Key responsibilities include: - Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Providing finance business partnering support and adding value with financial reporting and analysis
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles with meaningful commentary
- Delivering clear financial insight to support strategic decision-making
- Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance with policies
- Supporting process improvements and system enhancements
About You The successful candidate will be a proactive professional with a proven track record of adding value in a fast-paced environment.
Key requirements: - Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including macros, lookups, pivots
