The Role
You will act as a trusted partner to budget holders, providing high?quality financial insight and driving effective decision?making across the organisation.
  • Produce timely, accurate management reporting and analysis
  • Lead monthly management accounts processes in collaboration with Finance Business Partners
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Undertake ad?hoc financial analysis to optimise resources
  • Contribute financial expertise to projects and funding bids
Main Duties
You will be central to ensuring strong financial stewardship and accountability within assigned departments.
  • Lead financial monitoring and dialogue with budget holders
  • Produce monthly management accounts, commentary, and analysis
  • Support annual budgets, forecasts, and planning
  • Maintain chart of accounts and ensure data integrity
  • Provide training to non?financial managers and support year?end processes
The Successful Candidate
  • A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) with proven business partnering experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem?solving skills, with strong Excel capability
  • Confident communicating financial information to non?finance colleagues
  • Highly organised, detail?focused, and able to work autonomously in a fast?paced environment
  • Adaptable, customer?focused, and comfortable supporting occasional out?of?hours activity
