The Role

A divisional Finance Director opportunity that is leading one of the company's largest and most influencial parts of the business. You will be expected to lead on both a strategic, people and process transformation to optimise value creation for the company. The role will likely lead on a number of global acquisition and intergrations as well as a number of other value creation projects.

The Successful Candidate

A proven track record in working in a complex PE backed environment. Ideally international experience with oversight of working on a number of carve out and M&A transactions.
