Our Client Our client is a respected membership organisation known for its heritage, innovation and commitment to excellence. The organisation plays a pivotal role in shaping standards and supporting its members in a wide range of activities. As part of it’s ongoing transformation, they are now seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to join their collaborative FP&A team in central London.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic finance partner to key business units, delivering insight and challenge
- Lead variance analysis across actuals, budgets, and forecasts, providing clear commentary
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles with robust financial modelling
- Prepare and enhance monthly management reporting packs, including KPIs and dashboards
- Drive performance measurement and process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to finance transformation and data automation projects
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial understanding and decision-making
- Support training and development of internal users on financial tools and reporting
About You You’ll be a proactive and analytical finance professional with a passion for driving performance and adding value.
Key Requirements: - Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with MS D365 and BI tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment
