The Role The new Financial controller is a qualified accountant, who enjoys technical accounting and interrogating the numbers. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to demonstrate a commitment the organisations values of inclusivity, team work and a progressive work culture.
Main Duties - Lead a high-performing finance team and collaborate across Development, Property Services, and Corporate Services.
- Oversee statutory accounts for subsidiaries and joint ventures, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Maintain robust internal controls and drive audit readiness.
- Champion system improvements and foster a culture of continuous development.
The Successful Candidate - ACA or ACCA qualification
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage risk effectively.
