Summary - We are seeking an experienced, hands-on interim Financial Controller to lead our client's finance function across multiple UK and US entities on a part?time basis for 3- 6 months.

The Role A pivotal interim part-time role overseeing all core finance operations.
- Lead day-to-day finance across multi-entity structure
- Produce consolidated management/statutory accounts
- Manage treasury, cashflow forecasting & FX
- Partner with FP&A on monthly board reporting
- Oversee UK/US payroll and tax compliance
Main Duties You will take full ownership of the finance function.
- Oversee AR, AP, expenses & vendor relationships
- Coordinate statutory accounts & tax filings with external partners
- Prepare annual budgets & cashflow models
- Drive process and systems improvements
The Successful Candidate - ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with multi-entity and international experience (US preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or Expensify
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable challenging and improving processes
