Financial Controller (Group Consolidation)
Interim Contract
Location: Central London (5 days per week in the office – non-negotiable)
Contract: Daily Rate (IR35 TBC)
Rate: £500 per day

We're partnering with a leading High End Luxery Consumer businesses to appoint an experienced

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll take ownership of the Group consolidation process while leading a team of five finance professionals and supporting the ongoing development of the business's financial control environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Group consolidation and month-end reporting process.
- Manage and develop a team of five finance professionals.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting across the Group.
- Drive improvements in financial controls, governance and reporting processes.
- Support internal audit activities and strengthen the internal control framework.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business.
- Identify process improvements and support key finance transformation initiatives where required.
About You We're looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with experience in a Financial Controller or Group Finance role. You'll ideally bring:
- Strong Group consolidation experience.
- A background in external audit or internal audit (Big 4 or Top 10 practice experience is highly desirable).
- Experience managing or mentoring finance teams.
- A strong understanding of internal controls, governance and audit processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
