Role Responsibilities 

This role is pivotal in shaping a company's financial future, offering a blend of data analysis, forecasting, strategic planning and managing capital and development finance. 

Key responsibilities involve analysing financial performance, developing financial models, creating management reports, and collaborating with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and drive performance.

The role uniquely includes the financial management of their capital and development and service charge reporting teams. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. 

Person Specification

• Qualified accountant
• Social Housing experience desirable 
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis

What's on offer

FTC at £70k for 9 month contract with a hybrid arrangement with 2 days in a central london office. Day rate candidates will be considered, potentially outside of IR35.
