Summary - We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for an international conservation charity

Our Client Mackie Myers are supporting an international conservation charity to find a new FP+A Manager. The charity operate a flexible working policy and go into the office 2 days a week, in London.
The Role - Lead the commercial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs
- Oversee financial reporting including cash, reserves, and statutory compliance
- Support year-end close and contribute to the Annual Report and audit process
- Manage and develop the business partnering team
- Deliver financial insights and modelling to support strategic decisions
Main Duties - Produce monthly performance reports and lead business planning
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting for senior stakeholders
- Develop Power BI reports tailored to stakeholder needs
- Ensure integrity of financial data and statutory compliance
- Prepare presentations for Executive Committee and Council
The Successful Candidate - Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Proven experience leading a finance business partner function
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
