FP&A Manager to support the CFO and senior leadership team through this critical period.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Deals background who can manage moving parts, coordinate key stakeholders, and support the overall transaction process.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide project coordination support to the CFO and executive team across all M&A workstreams.
- Liaise with financial advisers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the transaction.
- Prepare and analyse financial data, reports, and investor materials.
- Help manage data rooms and maintain accurate documentation throughout the process.
- Track deliverables, manage timelines, and flag risks or delays proactively.
- Support internal positioning of the transaction as a capital raise or strategic acquisition initiative.
What We’re Looking For: - Qualified accountant (ACA or similar), would also consider a CFA qualification
- Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Deals background (preferable)
- Strong project coordination and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and external advisers.
