Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders in Research and Business Support to deliver financial insight, control, and strategic guidance.

Manage forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting, including variance analysis and accruals.

Provide financial modelling, business case support, and performance reporting to aid decision-making.

Track headcount, CapEx, and operational spend, ensuring robust cost control and compliance.

Improve planning processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with finance leadership.

About You:

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent).

Strong experience in FP&A and financial business partnering within a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Advanced Excel user with experience in ERP systems (NetSuite or Oracle EPM a plus).

Proactive mindset and appetite for process improvement.
