We are supporting them in the recruitment of an FP&A Manager, a key role responsible for delivering high-quality financial planning, analysis, and insight to support strategic decision-making across the business.
The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of the FP&A function within a fast-paced, international environment. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a critical role in driving performance through robust planning, insightful analysis, and effective business partnering.
You will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, provide meaningful financial insight to stakeholders, and support the business in understanding key drivers of performance. The role offers strong exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to influence decision-making at a senior level.
Main Duties - Lead the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive performance
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
- Provide variance analysis and commentary on business performance
- Support the preparation of board packs and senior leadership reporting
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting
- Support investment appraisal and business case development
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs
The Successful Candidate - Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experience within manufacturing or a product-led environment is advantageous
