The Role
We are seeking an experienced Fractional CEO to lead us through this exciting transition. This role is ideally suited to a proven leader who has successfully taken a health tech or wellbeing product from early-stage development into market launch and beyond.

As our CEO, you will:

Drive commercialisation – Lead go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Shape strategy – Refine and execute a clear business roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demand and investor expectations.

Build partnerships – Develop strategic relationships across health, wellbeing, and tech ecosystems.

Engage stakeholders – Work closely with investors, the board, and internal teams to deliver traction and scale.

Lead with vision – Provide inspirational leadership to a talented, purpose-driven team.

About You
You are a commercially-minded, visionary leader with a proven ability to turn innovation into impact. You bring:

Strong track record in health tech, medtech, digital wellbeing, or related sectors.

Demonstrated success in bringing products to market – ideally from pilot to commercial adoption.

Experience in scaling early-stage businesses and securing investment.

Ability to work effectively in a fractional/part-time leadership capacity, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.

Passion for improving health and wellbeing through technology and innovation.
