Our ClientA PE backed education provider that operates on a global scale. Having undergone significant changes in their leadership team they are looking to appoint a Group Finance Director to help deliver on a number of large scale projects, including automation and AI utilisation through to people and culture.
The RoleReporting to the group CFO this is a high profile role that will be instrumental in delivering change on a complex scale. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage team of seventeen people across group finance
- Lead on the automation and AI utilisation
- Support on investor relations and reporting
- Help drive M&A activities and integration across the group
- Lead and develop the team
The Successful Candidate - Proven track record on delivering change on a global scale
- Multi-site expeirence highly preferred
- Experience of working in a fast paced PE backed environment
- Strong people manager
- Confident on delivering complex year end audits
