The Role The Group FP&A Analyst will play a central role within Group Finance, supporting the organisation’s budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes across multiple divisions and geographies.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, divisional finance teams, and data specialists, this role will focus on turning both financial and non-financial data into clear insight that supports decision-making and drives business performance.
You will be responsible for reviewing and challenging assumptions, consolidating forecasts at Group level, and ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned. Alongside this, you will contribute to the continued development of reporting, systems, and processes as the business strengthens its FP&A capability.

Main Duties - Support the Group-wide budgeting and reforecasting processes across multiple divisions and international markets
- Review and challenge submissions from business units, ensuring assumptions are robust, consistent, and aligned
- Consolidate Group budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of outputs
- Analyse financial and non-financial data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Produce high-quality reporting, performance analysis, and commentary for senior stakeholders
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insight to support decision-making
- Act as a key point of contact for queries relating to forward-looking performance and data
- Work closely with Data and Finance Systems teams to ensure reporting and forecasts are underpinned by high-quality data
- Utilise tools such as Power BI to enhance reporting and visualisation
- Support continuous improvement of reporting processes, systems, and FP&A capability
- Build strong relationships across Group Finance, divisional teams, and central functions
The Successful Candidate - Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), or equivalent experience.
- Open to candidates making a first move from audit, particularly those with strong academic backgrounds and a demonstrated interest in FP&A and commercial finance
- Experience in FP&A, management accounting, or a similar analytical finance role
- Strong understanding of P&L performance and the key drivers behind it
- Exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes
- Highly analytical, with the ability to work with large and varied datasets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Inquisitive mindset, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions
- Proactive, collaborative, and keen to develop within an FP&A environment
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools is beneficial
