My client is a leading, fast-growing European financial services group, providing wealth management, insurance advisory and financial planning solutions.
Having established itself as a major player across Europe, the business is now executing a rapid expansion strategy into the UK, creating an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of growth.

The Role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join the London office, responsible for driving new business growth by building relationships with directors of advisory firms (IFAs) across the UK.
This is a front-office, highly commercial role, focused on outreach, relationship building and pitching the firm’s proposition to senior stakeholders.
You will play a key role in expanding the firm’s UK footprint, acting as a brand ambassador and first point of contact for prospective partners.
  • Proactively identify and engage with advisory firms across the UK
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (including cold calling) to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Deliver clear, concise and compelling pitches to directors of advisory firms
  • Represent the business in meetings (both virtual and face-to-face)
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective partners
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and expansion of the UK business
Candidate Profile

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations

  • Clear, concise communicator (no reliance on filler language)
Experience
  • Experience within financial services, wealth management or a related sector preferred
  • Exposure to the IFA market is advantageous
  • Good understanding of finance and P&L concepts, with the ability to engage credibly in commercial conversations
  • Background in business development, sales or relationship management
