The Role - Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior stakeholders across commercial and operational areas
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives
- Deliver robust financial analysis and insight to support decision-making and performance improvement
- Produce timely, high-quality management reporting, including variance analysis and commentary
- Support the development of long-term financial plans, scenario modelling, and risk assessments
- Drive improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for income growth and cost optimisation
- Contribute to strategic projects, including commercial initiatives and transformation programmes
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
The Successful Candidate - Qualified accountant (ideally ACA, though ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is accepted)
- Proven experience in finance business partnering within ideally a not for profit background
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
