Our Client An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced accountant to join a leading FCA-regulated financial services organisation.
The Role In this role, you will be responsible for leading group-level financial reporting and helping support the year-end audit.
Main Duties - Prepare and review statutory accounts under FRS 102 and IFRS
- Oversee regulatory reporting in line with UK prudential standards
- Manage relationships with external auditors and coordinate audit processes
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across finance and risk functions
The Successful Candidate - Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
- Background in Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm, with relevant industry experience
- Strong understanding of UK FCA reporting and regulatory audits
- Proven ability to operate in a complex, regulated environment
