The Role:
As Investment Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of investment activities.
- Process investments, reconciliations, and contributions
- Maintain accurate records and execute daily transactions
- Conduct compliance and KYC procedures
- Serve as subject matter expert on investment activity
- Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
Main Duties:
You’ll manage a wide range of operations tasks related to donor-advised funds:
- Open accounts and process contributions, trades, and money movements
- Perform daily reconciliations and update investment valuations
- Document and monitor compliance and operating procedures
- Prepare quarterly statements and support fee collection
- Contribute to process improvement and strategic projects
The Successful Candidates:
We’re looking for someone who combines technical acumen with a passion for service:
- Degree-educated with experience in financial services
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organised, with analytical and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of investment compliance and governance
- Enthusiastic about charitable giving and donor service
