Investment Operations/Controls Analyst

Our client is a global charitable organisation that supports high-net-worth donors through specialist giving structures. Their mission is to make philanthropy more effective through robust operations, efficient processes and best?in?class governance.
  
The Role
In this role, you will help manage investment onboarding, controls and operational reporting across a range of donor-advised investment accounts.
Key areas include:
• Supporting onboarding and due diligence for investment accounts
• Overseeing valuations, reporting and investment instructions
• Ensuring controls, compliance and documentation are accurately maintained
• Contributing to operational improvements and wider project work
• Acting as a knowledgeable contact for investment-related queries
  
Main Duties
You will play a core role in ensuring the smooth running of investment operations.
• Managing key operational processes across complex assets and segregated accounts
• Preparing and reviewing investment and trading instructions
• Monitoring daily valuations, reporting, controls and account activity
• Maintaining accurate documentation including SOPs and risk logs
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely donor and advisor activity
  
The Successful Candidate
• Strong background in investment operations or a similar financial services role
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and clear communication
• Comfortable reviewing technical information and following robust controls
• Proactive, analytical and confident working with multiple stakeholders
• Motivated by purpose-led work and improving donor experience
