About You The successful candidate will be a proactive and commercially minded finance professional with a proven track record of adding value in a fast-paced environment.
Key requirements: - Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong management accounting and financial analysis experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Commercial awareness and curiosity to understand the business from the ground up
- Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or biotech would be advantageous but not essential
