They’re currently undergoing an exciting phase of transformation, having achieved consistent year-on-year growth. With new concepts and locations on the horizon, it’s a pivotal time for the business.
They are looking for a Marketing & Brand Director as a key hire to support the senior leadership team, with marketing as a key element in supporting the business ambitious growth plans
Our Client Brother Marcus are an award-winning Easten Mediterranean restaurant brand, with 7 sites in London and a newly-launched standalone bar concept. They have plans to grow to 12+ sites over the next 2-3 years.
The Role This role is responsible for ensuring that the brand stands out amidst a competitive market, whilst professionalising the function as the business embarks on its next period of evolution. The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with operational excellence, balancing long-term brand building with short-term strategic performance.
Main Duties - Drive brand positioning, creating a clear visual identity, ensuring a harmonious guest proposition as the business evolves
- Develop a robust marketing strategy, leading the implementation of annual marketing plan and campaign calendar
- Drive continuous improvement of website UX, SEO, PPC, CRM and email marketing performance
- Build social media community, advocacy and brand engagement, tied to loyalty
- Lead and inspire high performing marketing team, with a culture of creativity, innovation and a well-networked, complimentary handful of external agency partnerships
The Successful Candidate - Senior marketing leadership role within a consumer-facing brand, combined with a genuine passion for food
- Strong background in brand development, campaigns and digital marketing, encompassing a data-led approach
- Demonstratable execution of brand strategy with positive commercial performance, ideally supporting a company through different stages of growth
- Confident managing teams and effective collaboration with SLT
