Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial Partner to lead and grow our Transaction Services / Corporate Finance offering across Europe. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering high-quality deal execution, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in key markets. You will work closely with fellow Partners and leadership to shape strategy, drive revenue growth, and build out local teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead origination, execution, and delivery of Transaction Services and Corporate Finance mandates.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A, financial due diligence, and broader strategic transaction support.

Develop and manage strong relationships with private equity firms, corporates, banks, and family offices.

Drive business development efforts across target geographies and sectors.

Mentor, recruit, and lead high-performing teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Contribute to strategic decisions around the firm’s growth, sector focus, and operational development.

Collaborate cross-border with other Partners to identify synergies and deliver integrated client solutions.

Represent the firm in the market as a senior thought leader and brand ambassador.

Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or M&A advisory (Big 4, Tier 1 advisory, or boutique environments).

Strong track record of deal origination and execution, ideally with cross-border and private equity exposure.

Deep relationships within the European PE ecosystem and/or specific industry verticals.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and shape a business.

Proven leadership and team-building experience.

Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are highly desirable.

Willingness to travel across Europe and lead multi-country teams.
