The Role
Reporting to the People & Operations Lead, this position will provide support across recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, reporting and employee engagement activities. The role offers broad exposure across HR and business operations and includes the opportunity to complete a fully funded CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice, providing an excellent platform for someone looking to build a long-term career within People Operations and Human Resources.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will support the delivery of people-focused initiatives and day-to-day operational activities across the business.
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Support onboarding, employee lifecycle administration and HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems and reporting data.
- Assist with employee wellbeing, engagement and company events.

The Successful Candidate
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Previous administration experience within a professional office environment.
