Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Lead project execution while monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication across project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as needed for execution.
• Report on project status, performance, and post-project evaluations.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive excellence in our project management process, enhancing our products, projects and operations.

About you 
Essential
? Proven track record of delivering business critical projects within the Engineering or Chemical process industries.
? Expert in project management, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
? Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
? Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
? Expert in the use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, Asana).
? Expert in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
? High EQ and strong communication skills.

Desirable
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
? Project management qualification from certified body (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP, Agile)
? Proficiency and experience in the use of business systems (e.g. Sharepoint, Power Bi, etc.)
