An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Treasury Manager to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding international organisation in Oxford. This is a key appointment within the finance function, offering the chance to take ownership of treasury operations and play a significant role in supporting future growth.

Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will lead all aspects of cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, funding, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk management, and treasury controls across a complex multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage group cashflow, liquidity, and funding requirements.
  • Own and develop rolling cashflow forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and manage banking relationships and facilities.
  • Oversee treasury controls, governance, and risk management.
  • Support lender reporting, covenant compliance, and refinancing activities.
  • Manage foreign exchange exposures and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Drive treasury process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Deliver insightful treasury reporting to senior stakeholders.
About You
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or actively studying towards qualification).
  • Strong treasury experience within a multi-entity or international environment.
  • Proven expertise in cashflow forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Experience managing banking relationships, debt facilities, and treasury controls.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, commercial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business.
