Having experienced strong organic growth since the foundation of the core London business in 2021, this new venture is the next step in achieving the company’s strategic aims and growth plans.

With the highest proportion per capita of start-ups and scales-ups in the UK, a thriving technology and life sciences economy, as well as a large Not-For-Profit sector with the University at its core, the Cambridgeshire market has strong synergies with our London business and represents a tremendous growth opportunity.

The Cambridge Practice will be led by Chloe Bailey and Hermione Rowe, who between them have twenty years of combined experience in the local market. Having worked with them both before, we know their refreshing authenticity and positivity will bring a unique partnership and genuine difference to the market. In establishing roots at The Officer’s Mess site in Duxford - the gateway to Cambridgeshire - we are well placed to meet customers in the City and surrounding areas.
