Mackie Myers, the independent recruitment partner, is delighted to announce the launch of its second regional investment in the opening of a new Oxford division.

Having experienced strong organic growth since the foundation of the core London business in 2021, followed by a promising first six months in Cambridge, this new venture completes the brand’s coverage of the UK’s ‘golden triangle’ and is the next step in achieving the company’s strategic aims and growth plans.

This new division of Mackie Myers will focus on partnering with business leaders across the Oxfordshire area to solve their finance, operations and executive talent challenges, as well as support professionals looking to secure careers with purpose in some of the most exciting companies the UK has to offer.

The Oxford division will be led by new Partner, Ryan Cooke. Ryan has twelve years of local corporate recruitment experience and a strong personal investment to the local market having served as Chair of local charity Homeless Oxfordshire. He will initially be supported by Jack Champion and the wider Mackie Myers infrastructure.

In initially establishing roots in rural Oxfordshire, the team are well placed to meet customers in the City and around the region, without contributing to the notorious Oxford traffic. Mackie Myers’ Oxfordshire division will initially be based out of The Branch office space in Chipping Norton, helping to support the community initiative.
