The Role The areas these roles cover are Development & Sales, Performance Monitoring, and Business Accounting. Each role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and ensuring robust governance across the organisation.
Main Duties - Lead and develop high-performing finance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, providing clear financial insight and commercial advice.
- Drive improvements in systems, workflows, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The Successful Candidate - You must be professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) with strong technical expertise.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities, capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage priorities and risks effectively.
