Senior Finance Business Partner to support a business-wide review of performance, cost efficiency and asset utilisation.
This is a hands-on, strategic role working closely with senior leaders to bring clarity to financial performance and support smarter decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with operational and estate leads to analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Review business units, projects and assets to highlight underperforming or dormant areas.
- Develop enhanced management reporting and insight to support leadership decisions.
- Strengthen CAPEX planning and governance, ensuring investment aligns with organisational strategy.
- Support forecasting, budgeting and cost allocation across departments.
- Act as a trusted advisor to non-financial stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insight.
About You - Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with solid business partnering and management accounting experience.
- Background in complex or multi-cost-centre environments (engineering, research, technical services or similar).
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record in interim or project-based finance roles.
