Summary We are partnering with a leading international not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Management Accountant. This role is central to the Finance team, supporting financial planning, reporting, and driving key systems and process changes.

The Role - Management Accounting: Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making
- Systems Expertise: Work extensively with Access Dimensions and lead on system-related projects
- Process Improvement: Drive change initiatives to improve month-end turnaround
- Financial Operations: Collaborate with Finance Ops and budget holders to ensure robust income and expenditure reporting
- International Finance: Manage reporting across multiple currencies (USD, EUR, CHF, ZWL) and oversee VAT compliance, audits, and international funding streams
The Successful Candidate - Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Strong technical skills in management accounting and financial reporting
- Extensive systems experience, ideally with Access Dimensions
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly
- Sector experience in not-for-profit, charity, and international funding environments (commercial-only backgrounds will not be considered)
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
