Sales Associate

Our Client
Our client is a UK based fast growing renewable energy business based in North Oxfordshire. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a business at the early stages of there journey. Due to growth my client is looking to recruit a sales associate to join the team. This role is based at there UK HQ in north Oxfordshire. Role reports to commercial director.

The Role
  • Receive and process/distribute different kind of customer enquiries (technical, commercial, quality) and collaborate with different departments across the company.
  • Understand future customer needs and market trends (project pipeline, forecasts)
  • Proactively liaise with other departments (cross-border) to ensure that internal & external customer’s requirements are met at all times
  • Maintain accurate and up to date files for all your business documents and correspondence
  • Initiate and follow up actions to requests arising from related departments
  
About You
We’re looking for someone driven, proactive, and relentless in pursuit of new opportunities. You should be comfortable managing outreach, building relationships quickly, and hitting targets.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally working with engineered products.
  • Confident communicator who can build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Highly accountable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
